You will find an overview of the existing standard billing and shipping address under ā€œMy Accountā€ in your account. To add another address, select ā€œAddress Bookā€. Now click ā€œManage Addressā€ and choose ā€œAdd New Addressā€.

Your account status is shown as ā€œinactiveā€ because a significant amount of time has passed since your last visit to our online store. We have updated our system to make the ordering process even more user-friendly.

What do I have to do to reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, please log in to our online shop again with your details. This will re-register you and allow you to use the improved functions of our system.

We offer businesses and clubs special conditions with expanded shop access. For you to register as a business or association, we need the following documents by email to info@budoland.com:

Societies:

  • Copy of the association register extract
  • Completed and signed club confirmation

Business:

  • Trade license/trade certificate
  • other information e.g., purchasing authorization for additional people

As soon as we have all the necessary documents from you (trade license/association register extract/association confirmation), we will send you your customer number. You can then immediately register on our website https://www.budoland.com/de/ with your customer number and personal data. Don’t forget to verify your account with the email address provided. Make sure that all information is complete. As soon as you have completed this step, please let us know. We will then activate the discounted club and business prices for you.

We offer various payment options to make your purchase as convenient as possible:

  • PayPal: Secure and fast payment via your PayPal account.
  • Banktransfer: You transfer the amount in advance, and we will ship your order as soon as payment has been received.
  • AmazonPay: Convenient payment method via your Amazon account.
  • Klarna: Flexible payment options, including purchase on account, installment payments, and instant transfer.

We ship free of charge to our private customers in Germany and France with a gross goods value of €100 or more.

Please check whether you are registered as a private end user in the online shop. Our free shipping for gross goods valued at €100 or more is aimed exclusively at private end consumers. If you have an oversized item or a package over 31.5 kg in your shopping cart, free shipping will also not apply.

If your order weighs more than 31.5 kg or contains supersize items over 110 cm, we offer it for self-collection. We would otherwise have to display binding shipping costs in the online shop. But don’t worry. After we have received your order, we will be happy to send you an individual shipping offer by email or inform you in advance by telephone.

Our mouthguards can be individually adjusted using the Boil & Bite process. The mouthguard is placed in boiling water for 30 - 60 seconds to do this. Allow the protector to cool briefly and dry before putting it in your mouth. Bite on the still-warm splint and press/suck the mouthguard firmly onto the upper row of teeth. After cooling completely, the bite splint retains its shape and is ready for use. You can repeat the process if the first result doesn’t convince you.

We can personalize various products exclusively according to your wishes. Your order is usually tied to a fixed purchase quantity, which can vary from product to product. Our Customized-Order-Form supports you in realizing your design ideas and provides the information necessary to implement your plans. It’s a shame your desired item is already sold out. Then contact us by email or telephone and let our experts suggest possible alternatives. Would you like to wait for your selected product? We will then set a reminder for you in your customer account. We will contact you immediately as soon as the item is available again.

From 2025 onwards, only tested equipment with the new international label will be permitted at WAKO tournaments. You can find the approved products here: approved by WAKO

With the introduction of a new standardised label by WAKO International, an additional label from WAKO Germany is no longer required. Products that currently bear a WAKO Germany label or the old international label will no longer be permitted for use after the end of 2024.

In exceptional cases, your package may not be delivered within 1-2 working days. There are various reasons for this on DHL's part (https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/hilfe-kundenservice/sendungsverfolgung/probleme-loesungen.html). If the shipment status has not changed for 3-5 days, please get in touch with our customer service at info@budoland.com.

We can submit an investigation request to DHL after 5 days and resolve the problem quickly. For this, we need your order reference number, an email address, and a telephone number to pass on to DHL.

First, ask your neighbors whether anyone has kindly accepted the shipment for you while you were away. If you have saved an alternative storage location, you should check there, too. If your package still needs to be included, we will gladly help you. Please write us a message or contact us by phone. With your order reference number, your contact details, and a completed DHL recipient declaration we will submit an investigation request to DHL for you.

As a private end consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods without giving reasons. In order to return the item, a corresponding delivery noteis included with every delivery. This must be completed and enclosed with the return in order to ensure a quick refund. The buyer bears the costs for return shipping. If your return shipment is a complaint (notification of defects), we will send you the new goods without charging you again for shipping costs.

What other return policies apply in the Budoland online shop?

We are very accommodating when it comes to returns from our customers. However, we exclude items from being returned in the following cases:

  • Hygiene items e.g. mouth guards
  • custom made
  • worn/washed clothing
  • safety equipment used
  • Hanging straps & labels have been removed
  • missing proof of purchase
  • reduced goods

No, return shipping costs are not refunded. Once your return has been received, the purchase price will be refunded—even if you’re only exchanging the item for a different size or color. A new order must be placed for the item; shipping costs for the new delivery will be charged separately.

Sorry, we're sorry. Despite all care, errors can occur during packaging or shipping. It's best to document the defect with a photo and send it to us immediately at info@budoland.com. Please also remember to provide your customer and order number so that your request can be processed as quickly as possible. We will offer you a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. We will cover the costs of the return by issuing a return label for you.

After contacting us personally, in the event of incorrect, damaged or defective deliveries, we will issue you a return label, which we will send to you by email.

We'll hurry, promise. Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to process the return and issue a refund or exchange. However, we reserve a processing time of up to 14 days if we still need all the information required for the return or if the reason for the return violates our guidelines.

Yes. It is also possible to return a gift under our terms by presenting the original purchase receipt.
