Speedballs

Overcome the natural reflexes of your body and also keep your eyes open if something approaches your face at breakneck speed. A fraction of a second can decide between victory and defeat in the boxing ring - speedballs provide a remedy here in training. The balls have a healthy amount of momentum on the bar or using a rotating ring. Each of your blows is followed by a backlash, which you have to adjust to again and again. Different systems adapt to your level of ability, so speedball sessions should be an important part of your martial arts training from the start. Exercises can be used excellently to warm up the muscles and bring you “back to earth” in the cool down.
