Tolerance is required when choosing the right equipment.

Anyone who depends on a harmonious neighborhood should be careful when choosing their equipment. Speedball systems with wall mounting can only be attached to stable walls with the appropriate mounting accessories (drilling required). Noise transmission through the wall can lead to problems and should be clarified beforehand. Less loud and without a transmission amplifier, free-standing punchball’s are a clever alternative. If you can also dampen your training room (tatami floor mats + acoustic foam on the walls), nothing stands in the way of a good neighborhood.
