Ninjutsu

The Japanese martial art Ninjutsu teaches you to take responsibility for yourself.

Ninjutsu is undoubtedly one of the oldest martial arts and combines different styles. The basic idea of Ninjutsu is based on one’s defense. Ninjutsu is often translated as the “art of enduring” or “hidden art.” These representations mostly go back to the legendary ninjas, who moved like shadows through the darkness. Their techniques to defend themselves were combined in Ninjutsu, whereby the motto - as much as necessary, as little as possible - still applies today. In modern ninjutsu training, you will learn different techniques for self-defense. With or without weapons, it doesn’t matter. Exercises of flexibility to improve your condition and the correct falling and rolling also make everyday things more accessible. Ninjutsu skillfully closes the circle as a holistic martial art.

The physical and mental basic requirements of an athlete are brought to the fore. In Ninjutsu, you work with your strengths and weaknesses and learn to use them to your advantage through exercises. The “Chakra” - the body energy has a high priority in the martial art of the ninja and goes far beyond your training hours.
