In the early 70's, kickboxing developed from karate and boxing. Since 1974, the sport in Germany and Europe as a competition discipline, by the WAKO as an association, has grown steadily. Thus, Kickboxing is subject to strict conditions and has become a popular competitive sport. In addition to the classic kickboxing for competition-ambitious athletes, have developed from this young sports area such as kickboxing aerobics or fit kickboxing. Today, kickboxing is one of the sports that enhances the athlete's body feel and increases the performance of everyday life.
