Description / Dummy “Triple Strike”
With the “Triple Strike”, there are no limits to your training.
The optionally 175 cm/126 cm tall dummy offers you the perfect opportunity to practice jabs, hooks and high kicks at head height. Its arms are ideal for perfecting defense and blocking techniques. You can use the rib area – between and under the arms – for targeted body hooks, sidekicks and elbow techniques. The lower body is specially designed for knee strikes and self-defense techniques. Thanks to the long legs, you can further vary your training and specifically attack the thigh, knee and shin areas.
A dummy to take with you: TOP TEN “TripleStrike.”
Compact, mobile, and ready for use anytime – the “TripleStrike” surprises with its flexibility. It comes unfilled in a handy package, including an air pump and water hose. After training, you can empty it completely, fold it to save space, and easily transport it. It is ideal for small training areas, spontaneous sparring sessions, or impressive promotional and show fights at different locations – even outdoors.
Achieve a lot with little effort – that's how the “TripleStrike” works.
To set up your TOP TEN “TripleStrike” dummy, you only need a water connection – everything else, including an air pump and water hose, is already included in the scope of delivery.
- Preparation: Unroll the dummy and insert arms and legs into the protective cover.
- Inflating: First, adjust the protective cover and close the zipper. Then start pumping at the head end and inflate the Dummy until it reaches the desired shape.
- Fill with water: Fill the legs individually with water using the water hose. Thanks to the non-return valve, the water stays safely inside the dummy.
- Stabilization: Place the “TripleStrike” upright. If necessary, you can add air through the air valves in the legs to ensure a stable stand.
- Training: Your dummy is now ready for use. Give it your all with the “TripleStrike.”
