Martial Arts Dummy “Punch-Boy” - black, about 80 cm high

Focused on the essentials – “Punch-Boy” Dummy in black.

As a replica of a human torso, the “Punch-Boy” impresses with its detailed proportions. On our TOP TEN Dummy, you can practice punches and kicks in a competition-like setting without having to face the risk of injury during sparring. Nevertheless, the Dummy’s innovative PU material provides a realistic feel upon contact. Thanks to the various setup options, the 80 cm tall torso is a dynamic training tool and supports a varied training program.

Punch-Boy demands your full concentration.

Unlike a punching bag, the “Punch-Boy” is designed with highly varied proportions. While the shoulder and chest area is rather broad, the head and abdomen taper to a narrower shape. This demands your full attention, especially when using a flexible mounting setup. Due to its swinging motion, you must aim precisely to strike the desired body zone with full force.

A Dummy for every situation.

With its excellent absorption properties, the “Punch-Boy” is perfect for training in numerous martial arts. The skill level of the athlete training on the “Punch-Boy” doesn’t matter much. Professionals, advanced practitioners, and beginners alike can take advantage of the Dummy’s realistic proportions to practice their techniques.
