It is not your strength that is decisive to break through our breaking test boards in different strengths. Here it depends more on your inner strengths and, of course, on the perfect technique. Our two-part, snap-together boards made of polyethylene are ideal for breaking down initial inhibitions. Striking exercises with hand, elbow, or foot can be carried out precisely on the 29 x 24.5 x 1.5 cm plastic boards. Recessed grips on the sides enable a firm hold of the boards, which are available in a total of 4 different thicknesses. The following applies - the longer the tooth connections of the parts, the greater the effort to separate them. A uniform color design for each thickness facilitates the safe assembly of the individual break test boards.
