Addendum to the General Terms and Conditions for Customised Products

Data provision

In order to fulfil the custom-made order, the customer is obliged to send Budoland Sportartikel Vertriebs GmbH all necessary image and/or text files in the formats specified by us (vector graphics AI, EPS or PDF). For an exact colour match, the colour code must be specified via a colour specification from the Pantone Matching System (PMS) or the CMYK colour table.

Liability

We accept no liability for error-free processing of deviating file formats. The customer is also fully liable in the event of data transmission errors or file carrier errors. There is no obligation on the part of Budoland Sportartikel Vertriebs GmbH to check the data. Optionally we offer our "Expert Check" for an extra charge.

Property rights

For the execution of the order we are entitled to make changes to the transmitted data (size adjustment, colour corrections) and to make copies of the data. The customer declares to Budoland Sportartikel Vertriebs GmbH that the transmitted image and/or text files do not violate any copyrights, trademark rights or other property and personal rights of third parties.

Order confirmation

The customer receives a draft of his order by email before the production process. He is obliged to check this production draft for correctness. After written approval of the design and the accompanying order confirmation, the order is released for production. Subsequent changes to the order will be invoiced separately.

Complaints

Deviations from previous orders or individual pieces of an order caused by the production process cannot be objected to.

This applies in particular:

  • Minor colour deviations
  • Small size tolerances (mainly concerns clothing sizes)
  • Minor deviations in the print placements
  • Small weight/filling quantity fluctuations (e.g. boxing bags +/- 10 %)

Product-specific features, sublimation printing

Sublimation printing is a particularly durable and sustainable printing process. However, a light-coloured substrate (raw material) is always required to achieve the brilliant image, text and colour quality. If the fabric is later stretched, the light-coloured base fabric can show through. White residues of the textile raw material may also be visible on seam edges and hems. This product-related fact does not justify a complaint about the order.
