Terms and Conditions for the Hayashi 25k Instagram Giveaway
Participation in the competition of Budoland Sportartikel Vertriebs GmbH, Am Grießenbach 8, 83126 Flinstbach - Germany as operator or organizer is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.
The course of the competition
The duration of the competition ends on November 23rd of 2022 23:59 MESZ. Only during this period users have the opportunity to participate in the competition on Instagram.
Participation
To enter the competition the entrant must like the "Hayashi 25k Giveaway" posting (posted 11/21/2022) on the Instagram page of @hayashi_martial_arts, share (/repost) the picture in their story and tag @hayashi_martial_arts, comment on two friends who need new karate equipment and follow @hayashi _martial_arts. Participation is only possible within the participation period and residing within the EU. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Participation in the raffle is free of charge.
Eligible Participants
Every natural person residing within the EU is eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Excluded from participation in the competition are all persons and employees of the operator who are involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, as well as their family members and persons who are directly or indirectly in a sponsoring relationship with the operator. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if, for example, there are legitimate reasons.

Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
Main prize: The winner of the competition will receive a € 100.00 (gross) Budoland online shop voucher.
There are no further profits.
The winner will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants.
If the competition is linked to a task, only those who have solved the task correctly will take part in the raffle.
The winners of the raffle will be informed promptly via the comment function about the prize. The winner must contact the organizer within 14 days via direct message to the Instagram channel of @hayashi_martial_arts.
The items will be shipped by DHL or UPS and only within the EU. The items will only be shipped to the winner or legal representative of the minor winner.
An exchange, a collection and a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
The costs for sending the prizes shall be borne by the operator.
Additional costs in connection with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond after being requested twice within 14 days, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
End of competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to all reasons that would disturb or prevent the scheduled course of the competition.

By participating in the competition or winning this competition, participants have no claims against Instagram.

1.) Processing of your personal data in the context of the competition

In order to carry out the competition, the profile name and, if available, the first and last name of the respective participant will be collected and stored.
For the dispatch of the prize, we also collect the surname, first name and address(es) of the winner and pass this data on to a shipping company commissioned by us.

2.) Duration of storage

Severability clause
