With a total length of 170 cm, the punching bag, in its stable, approximately 29 kg base, is a large-scale training target for fitness boxers, boxers, kickboxers, or karateka. For the “Cardio,” you need a freestanding area of at least 60 cm. Its robust imitation leather cover withstands the most challenging demands and can be cleaned with a damp cloth if necessary. For the filling, TOP TEN relies on a layering system of sand on the bottom of the punching bag and high-damping foam on the top for the “Cardio” freestanding bag.

The 32 cm punching bag sits securely in the holding system via the hook and loop connection but can also be used on its own just as easily if required.
