Expand your studio equipment with the free-standing training ring from TOP TEN. The external dimensions of the pluggable frame construction are 5 x 5 meters. A generous 4.3 x 4.3-meter fighting area is available in the ring itself, which you can design individually. While boxers can also cope with a pure concrete surface, we recommend covering the area with sports mats or tatamis for sports with jumping and throwing techniques. The 3 rubber ropes are secured in their spacing by rope connectors to prevent accidental slipping. With a red and a blue corner, the TOP TEN training ring exudes a real competition feeling. Protective pads round off the overall concept of the boxing ring.
Other advantages:
- pluggable frame construction
- easy to assemble and dismantle
- 3 rubber ropes + rope connector
- outside dimensions: 5 x 5 m; inside: 4.3 x 4.3 m

Description / Traingin ring
A training ring for the highest demands.
With the training ring from TOP TEN, you can turn every training round into a success story. The boxing ring offers enough space for hot sparring fights with 4.3 x 4.3 meters of the inner surface. The padded corners and the concealed cable tensioners are part of the safety concept. Since the boxing ring is free-standing, it can be wonderfully integrated into your room concept.
TOP TEN presents the training ring “to go.”
Not quite intended for your pocket, but super easy to assemble and dismantle - that is the TOP TEN training ring. If you want to leave your home studio halls, you can take your training ring. The parts fit in a minibus disassembled so that the logistics effort remains manageable.
The most important rules in the boxing ring.
The first fistfights were conducted in ancient Greece, and the death of one of the opponents was not infrequently accepted in such fights. As a sport today, boxing cannot do without rules to ensure the safety of athletes. As early as 1867, the so-called Queensberry rules were created, which, in a very simplified way, prescribed the following: wearing gloves, counting up to ten, and lap times of 3 minutes. Our current set of rules is more comprehensive, so that boxing has become “socially acceptable” and is offered in numerous variants (fitness boxing, kickboxing, etc.).
