The 4-edged tubular steel construction convinces with a load capacity of approx. 60 kg. The fixing points for the wall mounting are already presented as a hole pattern, so that the assembly of the punching bag suspension with the appropriate dowels and screws (not included in the scope of delivery) is easy. The cross brace of the boom ensures optimum stability, even during the highest loads. A specially shaped retaining ring makes hanging your training equipment a breeze and also prevents it from slipping out unintentionally. All in all, the rigid punching bag holder is a solid and robust thing to use space-saving training equipment such as punching bag, speed ball or double end ball.
