Escrima with foam cover

Soft yet powerful—Escrima sticks with foam covers.

Anyone who underestimates the foam-covered Escrima sticks is completely mistaken. The two sticks are perfectly balanced in weight and size and can be used flexibly. Through quick wrist movements, the sticks take on a dynamic life of their own and put your opponent under pressure. The cover is particularly grippy and absorbs energy, allowing partner drills to be performed without risk of injury.

In the shadow of the great Bruce Lee.

For a long time, this martial art originating in the Philippines remained hidden underground. Completely banned by the first colonial power, Spain, the Filipinos disguised their martial art as folk music in dance choreographies. It wasn’t until the Americans arrived in the late 19th century that “Anis de Mano” was once again officially permitted to be practiced and taught. However, it was the early films of the world-famous martial arts actor Bruce Lee that really put the sport on the map. In the 1973 film “The Man with the Devil’s Claw” and the classic “My Last Fight” about five years later, Bruce Lee demonstrated his skill with eskrima.
