Description / Taekwon-Do belt “ITF” (with embroidery) “TAEKWON-DO”
Tighten your belt - activate your body tension with the “ITF” from TOP TEN.
You have leaped the master class and proudly wear your black Budo belt around your Dobok. As a symbol of knowledge and experience, the color black in all elements and decorations on your equipment is reserved only for Dan wearers. With the noble “TAEKWON-DO” embroidery in gold, the “ITF” looks very noble and can be worn at competitions thanks to the International Taekwondo Federation's approval. Correctly bound and perfectly positioned helps you keep your body tension so that kicks and punches get their dynamics directly from the center of your body.
The origin lies in the Korean flag.
Have you ever wondered where the colors for the belt system in Taekwon-Do come from? Originally there were only 4 colors: white, blue, red and black. You can find all 4 in the Korean flag - the country of origin of the Taekwondo sport. More colors have established themselves over time, and yellow, green, and brown have been added. There are also two-tone budo belts, which should serve as motivation for the student to transfer to the next higher Kup (student class).
One's needs a gold medal, another only a budo-belt.
You don't need to have a gold medal dangling around your neck to show your skills. The Taekwon-Do athlete only needs his black belt to visualize the level of knowledge. The “ITF” Budo belt is suitable due to its chic look and the ITF approval to be presented after passing the belt test or as an exquisite present for a master class athlete.
